If you have just bought an iPhone, download Ziphone. connect phone to PC or MAC and run
ziphone -a -j -u.

Jailbreaking and activating is available on old 3.9 bootloader iPhones, but no auto unlock with Ziphone yet for 3.9 bl, use anysim 1.1 or 1.2u with 3.9 bl phones manually.
